ABOUT
Yesenia Maldonado-Fred is a principal at TCM, where she has practiced since 2015 with a focus on corporate and real-estate matters, including entity formation, business acquisitions, real-property transactions, due diligence, commercial lending, property management, commercial leasing, and contract drafting and negotiation. She also advises clients on estates, property taxes, and Puerto Rico’s horizontal property regime.
Before joining TCM, Ms. Maldonado-Fred worked in the corporate tax department at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, providing compliance and consulting services on corporate income tax, tax incentives, sales and use tax, property tax, and municipal license tax.
As a law student, she interned at TCM, assisting attorneys across a wide range of matters. Prior to law school, she received multiple honors from the University of Puerto Rico School of Business Administration, including the Most Outstanding Graduate Student in Accounting and the Highest GPA in the B.B.A. Program awards.
