Génesis E. Cabrera-Aldarondo

Génesis E. Cabrera Aldarondo is an associate attorney at TCM, where she supports the firm in civil and commercial litigation, as well as corporate, real estate and contract matters.  

Ms. Cabrera-Aldarondo has experience supporting clients in commercial litigation, including drafting and filing motions, managing court deadlines, and conducting legal research. She also helps clients by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, ensuring that their agreements are thorough, clear, and enforceable. Her work spans a variety of industries, helping clients navigate complex legal matters efficiently and effectively. As a newly graduated lawyer, Ms. Cabrera-Aldarondo contributes to all practice areas of the firm, supporting a wide range of legal matters and assisting colleagues across different specialties. 

While attending the University of Puerto Rico Law School, Ms. Cabrera- Aldarondo contributed as a writer for the University of Puerto Rico Law School Law Review, where she published an article titled “Las Cláusulas en los Contratos de Arrendamiento que Prohíben la Tenencia de Mascotas.” She also served as a teaching assistant to Professor Carlos Díaz Olivo, gaining valuable experience in legal research, writing, and academic instruction. 

Before attending law school, Ms. Cabrera-Aldarondo was an honors student and contributed to academic scholarship by publishing an article in the social science book Introducción a la Sociología (Publicaciones Puertorriqueñas). As part of her bachelor’s studies, she conducted a research project titled La perspectiva política de las mujeres en la Rama Legislativa acerca de la desigualdad social que sufren las mujeres en la sociedad, demonstrating her strong analytical and research skills.
