She provides contract counseling across industries including telecommunications, advertising, entertainment, financial services, healthcare, energy, retail, and real estate.
She frequently assists startups, small businesses, and multinationals with entity formation and corporate governance, preparing organizational documents and agreements such as articles of incorporation, bylaws, operating agreements, joint-venture agreements, shareholder agreements, and corporate resolutions. Her real-estate work (residential and commercial) includes sales and acquisitions, leasing, and mortgage transactions, and she is active in commercial lending, workouts, and secured transactions. She also maintains a notarial practice under Puerto Rico law.
Before law school, Ms. López-Córdova worked as a producer for televised, promotional, and special events. That background informs her counseling on intellectual property, rights of publicity, entertainment, sponsorship and endorsement, privacy, and data-protection matters.
